1. Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between 999x0 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "member", "player"). The 999x0.cam website, its mobile version, and all services operated under it are covered by these Terms.

3. Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security and safety of your account. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure.
Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
Always log out after using a public or shared device.
You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account.

3.2 Account Verification

The platform may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension. This is part of our obligation to comply with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

3.3 Closing Your Account

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Withdraw any remaining valid balance before closing your account. If bonus conditions have not been met, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Process

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
Amounts subject to an unfulfilled bonus wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Depositing funds solely to claim a bonus and then immediately withdrawing without placing bets will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

999x0 offers members various types of promotional offers. Each bonus applies under specific conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is: bonus amount × 10 times.
The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Not all games may count equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — contact support for details.

5.3 VIP Rewards Program

Regularly active players can participate in our three-tier VIP program:

Bronze tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
Silver tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
Gold tier: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP tier through regular and active participation. The benefits and conditions of each tier may change.

5.4 Bonus Condition Violations

If a player violates the bonus terms and conditions or abuses the bonus system, 999x0 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and, where applicable, suspend the account.

6. Gaming Rules

999x0 offers various gaming services including casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. All games are conducted fairly and impartially.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
Game results are final and not subject to review unless there is evidence of a technical error.
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, 999x0 reserves the right to void that round.

6.2 Betting Limits

The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are shown in the game interface. Specific betting limits may apply when using a bonus balance.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each market apply. If a match is cancelled or postponed, settlement will follow the relevant betting rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

Creating or operating multiple accounts.
Using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
Deliberate abuse of the bonus system or use of arbitrage strategies.
Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
Using funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).

If any of the above activities are detected, 999x0 may close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice. Information may be provided to the relevant authorities if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

999x0 accepts no liability in the following cases:

Losses caused by faults in third-party software or systems.
Losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where such use occurred due to your own negligence.
Service being temporarily unavailable for technical reasons.
Expected but unrealized earnings from betting or gaming.

10. Service Suspension and Closure

999x0 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

Suspicious transactions or account activity.
A court order or legal obligation.
A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

An opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be given before suspension, unless funds are subject to forfeiture due to a breach of the Terms.
